Please consider presenting standing up. The body conveys more information and keeps us away from ZOOM meetings during the pandemic.

GOOD NEWS TO REMOVE NOISE FROM YOUR MIC OR BACKGROUND!
We provide all our speakers with a free subscription to an artificial intelligence tool that eliminates white noise from the microphone, barking dogs, people talking near you, cars, or any other noise. It is available for MAC and PC, if possible install it and use that virtual microphone during the event. Please test it before with your friends or colleagues. You can keep it after the event and use it for 1 year 🙂
FREE TICKETS OR QUESTIONS
If you haven’t received your 3 free tickets or have questions, please contact your ambassador as soon as possible. In a few days, we will also give you your password so that you can also access the days of the event as a participant.
Keep in mind that the time zone changes on Sunday in some parts of the world, so don’t be surprised if your talk is an hour earlier or later. Anything that doesn’t seem to make sense please let us know.
SHARING YOUR PPT OR VIDEOS DURING THE SESSION
If you have any questions about it, please let your ambassador know in advance so they can help you. If you need to show a video during your presentation, please contact your ambassador so you can test it in the platform well in advance. For PPT’s, screen sharing, or similar, you don’t need to do anything special.
I would very much appreciate if you could share additional materials with your audience (something other than your ppt). Please send your ambassador the materials, so he/she can upload them and they will be available after your talk.
