I want to thank you for attending the Enterprise Agility World Conference 2022. I hope you were able to learn something new!
It took us almost a year to find the speakers, provide the infrastructure with translation into 36 languages, and get everything in place.

I’ve been asked by many participants when the videos are coming. We’re working on getting them translated as soon as possible. How will you know when they’re ready? Here I’ve good news for you 🙂

We’ve launched the Enterprise Agility World Community. I’ll announce it there! Some benefits of being part of the EAW Community:

  • It is free!
  • YOU GET A COPY OF MY BOOK Leading Exponential Change on PDF !!!!
  • It gives you access to free training and additional advanced information for change consultants and leaders
  • You can meet other professionals from around the world
  • You will be the first to access de conference videos!

Please, join the Enterprise Agility World Community here and become an EA Citizen!

On the other hand, we organize a free training on Collective Capabilities (CC). Since you participated in the conference, you’ve priority before it’s published (It will be translated into 12 languages).

What are Collective Capabilities?
If you work in a business that’s subject to rapid change, you’ll find that it’s difficult for teams to adapt to highly variable and accelerated market demands.

This adaptation usually requires moving people and their skills between teams. The same is true for value streams used in the SAFe framework or others. Employees exposed to constant team rotation have a low sense of psychological ownership. They don’t feel that they’re part of what they produce as they are always changing teams and don’t generally feel they should take responsibility for what they do.
It’s also difficult to manage the movement of these people between teams when everything changes, which often overwhelms managers.

The collective capabilities model is a new way of organizing the company and enabling it to be always ready, always responsive, and always innovative. These are the 3 outcomes of Enterprise Agility.
The training will be led by myself and EAWC Regional Directors and ambassadors. Join the Enterprise Agility World Community and we will announce tomorrow how you can get the free training!

Best regards,
