A few days ago, I had the opportunity to give a talk to my friends from a New York business agility chapter. We talk about the science behind organizational change and Enterprise Agility.
In recent years, there have been several breakthroughs that have altered the way we look at organizations. In turn, I’ve also been working with a wonderful group of people on new theories that provide a different foundation than what we know as Agile or Business Agility. These new theories, practices, and mindsets are trying to take the organization to a new level, or what I see as the future of organizations… Enterprise Agility.

Many organizations struggle to have a strategy that properly addresses challenges related to equity, diversity, and neurodiversity. For some leaders, while morally desirable, it’s not easy for them to connect business goals with the benefits of those 3 areas.
