Why is there no purpose in the 6 principles of change?

Interesting question someone asked about why purpose is not included in one of the 6 principles of change.
There is a specific reason why this is so. What this model is trying to achieve is to build purpose collectively through point 3 (share your idea) and point 4 (get feedback).
This attempts to move the whole unitary process of building a purpose to one in which social dynamics and shared knowledge are encouraged. The underlying idea is that everything that is built is done by many people (top of the change journey pyramid).
